Heilung - In maidjam it's very good. Alfadhirhaiti It is very different from Krigsgaldr and Fylgija Ear. More masculine and aggressive. Hamrer Hippyer is fantastic.

I like how you don't talk threw the song lol. Other people that do reviews won't shut up. Heilung is pure primal art. Such complex song writting. It would be a dream to see them live here in the states.

Speaking from persepective as a Swede this band and music really gets under my skin i feel very much attuned to this and ive always loved metal and punk and all kind of rock really but this music hits me at my soul. I can really listen to this for hours. It must be some primal gene in me that love this.

The phrase "gets/ing under my/the skin" generally has a negative connotation to it. So when I read your comment starting out, that was the notion I was getting. (speaking from the prospective of a native English speaker)
@mjcivilcowboy084 жыл бұрын
I get you completely I'm technically American by birth but not by choice. I'm 50% Germanic Europe and northern west Europe with a little Norwegian ancestry. Believe it this heilung music actually brings me to tears, so yes I believe strongly this is in my DNA somewhere down the line and I'm damn proud of it.

Same thing. It vibrates through my blood cells like they know the music and it's dance before. Deeply spiritual music.

The official members of Heilung is 3 people; Kai Uwe Faust, Maria Franz and Christopher Juul. All the band members live in Denmark, although Kai Uwe Faust (the male "lead" singer) is originally from Germany, he moved to Denmark to become a tattoo artist at around age 18. Maria Franz is Norwegian, living in Denmark with her Danish husband Christopher Juul, the guy who does most of the subtle electronica and some percussion. The rest of the live band is mostly Danish, although Juan Piño is Swiss-Ecuadorian also living in Denmark. The whole point of the band is 'amplified history' getting inspiration (and entire lyrical excerpts) from Scandinavian petroglyphs, runes, high German scripts etc.

I have to say that KZbin sure nailed it when their live performance of "Krigsgaldr" popped up... looked at the girl with the antlers, curiosity made me go "click"... and I am so glad I did! So very original... real performance art here. Her voice is hypnotic and coupled with the music and then the throat singing/ chanting.. heck... it just takes me places I have never been. Hopefully they will visit the US within traveling distance for me before I turn in to vile carrion. Glad to see you seem to appreciate it nearly as much as I do. The entire LIFA concert is awesome and the new material from Futha has not let me down. Thank you Heilung and KZbin.

I saw them live on a festival in Germany a few weeks ago, they are surely worth some effort to see them. They will play 4 gigs in US next January (San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Chicago) and one in Kanada (Montreal). Hope you can find a way to watch them life.

@@JumpOverYourShadow By the looks of their schedule it is not complete yet... and we are hoping they come as close as Atlanta. Nice! I love Heilungs' music! Cheers for not stopping and commenting through the clip. Check out the recommendations in the other comments, they're all awesome. I think (don't quote me) the words are proto-germanic and proto-nordic in origin, not just this track, but their others in general.

Kai, the bloke who does the deep throat singing, is from Germany. Maria is from Norway and Christopher is from Denmark. I'm not 100% sure, but I want to say the bloke who wears the white fur and sings backup to Maria a lot is from Iceland. I know he is a professional chef by trade, which is interesting! Good reaction mate. I wish more people would react to Heilung on KZbin, because they deserve a lot more attention. Go see them live, if you ever get the chance!

Hello!! OH NO😮😮!! It is this beautiful redhead again that messed my head the last time when I was trying to write my thougts!! I think I was so hypnotized of her voice the last time that there was I think not so many clear sentences in my comment but now my head is clear so I'll do it better this time😉... This time I have prepared and I know what to expect so there should't be any problems☝️😅... Great song and very hypnotic again!! Interesting indeed and that beginning sounded cool with that male singer and when she starte..........um...........😮😮 ...............................♥️.............................. Umm............What a voice😍..... S̶h̶e̶ is so captivating😬, I mean this music is and s̶h̶e̶ is so beautiful and pleasant to W̶a̶t̶c̶h̶... LISTEN☝️, this band is.... BEAUTIFUL CAPTIVATING music☝️.. so pleasant to listen and and I could literally listen h̶e̶r̶ ̶s̶i̶n̶g̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶m̶e̶... TO LISTEN THIS BAND FOR HOURS!! I really hope I would be able to m̶e̶e̶t̶ ̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶o̶n̶e̶ ̶d̶a̶y̶😮... SEE THEM LIVE ONE DAY..... Like I was saying that male singer sounds cool but perhaps this song isn't quite as good as the previous one!! Very cool but perhaps some parts were just a bit odd🤔.... They were in one festival couple of months ago but I couldn't make it😕 and I am a bit sad because of it! I mean, s̶h̶e̶ came all the way to Finland🙄, THEY☝️, they came to Finland and I didn't go😡...... DAMN.... Who am I fooling at☝️... I just love her♥️.... Why should I hide it?? Her voice just hits right on the spot for me and it just moves me deeply! She is SO beautiful girl and I do have such a weak point for redheads so I just can't get my eyes off her and her out of my head! Only wish she would reveal her eyes as well so I could get lost in them😊.. she has such a great stage presence!😉... Okay, I think I managed pretty well this time with my comment like I said there won't be any problems😌 Cool song, great band and such an amazing lady😍 Thanks, catch you later👍
