It must he weird for jayce seeing Heimer like this. Whimsical like a child. He only knows Heimerdinger the politician and not Heimerdinger the inventor that we LoL players know. Hes a cooky and whacky and often whimsical inventor whos inventions often blow up when hes not in combat.

Unfortunately, this is already a trait we know because his ignorance of not just the Undercity, but Piltover as well. He often retreats into a state of mind that behaves like a child. I honestly think it’s why he seems ignorant of the fact that the council is dead

​@@Doze1202and that's where his true age lies. Yordles as a species are timeless. They don't die of old age. They can essentially live forever. Amumu is a special case bc he died of a broken heart. The oldest yordle is Tristana. Who's 1000 years old. The youngest is Teemo at 50. But you wouldn't know it unless you were told. Male Yordles are hairy. Female Yordles are basically dwarfs with different colored skin. But yeah Heimerdingers young by yordle standards. He would be considered a young adult by the time he's maybe five hundred. Maybe 800? It also doesn't help that Yordles appearances are based on their mentality. Like they can stay exactly the same even if they're almost 20 thousand years old theoretically. It's all in how they see themselves. Heimers got the mentality of an old man on the outside so he looks like an old man. But on the inside he's still a child.

I love how, so far during this season, literally all the key characters have been suffering immense losses, dealing with trauma, and having all their interpersonal relationships blow up in their faces. And then there’s just Heimerdinger, who’s just doing what he loves and vibing in Ekko’s tree house
