Honestly seeing Heimerdinger have some fun like this is kinda nice considering he was more or less exposed just how much he failed both Piltover and Zaun last season. Seeing him doing his best to help is nice but it’s kinda fun to see a semi return of the absent minded scientist

Heimerdinger is a Yordle, which means hes from Bandle city. Teemo is the head of the Bandle Scouts and apparently trained a lot of yordles, so those code words and hand movements were probably not made up on the spot. I mean, Heimerdinger is a professor, he's not stupid. Maybe he was hoping to encounter Teemo.
