Hi Snow, I'm using wmf pots and it's heavy. As I age and having a sign of arthritis I switch to easy to handle pots and pans. Glad to find a lighter one and it's from Thomas Rosenthal. I like your Crisel though. Nice one☺
I prefer to using that made from stainless steel. Simple model, easy to clean, eyechatcing . Thank you for share this video althuoght late I was found it .

I have the same Riverlight iron 33cm wok that I bought in Kappabashi.. food kept getting stuck no matter how I prepare the wok - with hot oil, pork fat, vegetable etc. Do you have any advise for me ? I really want to love the wok but it is resisting me :(....

I have the same stainless steel pan from WMF. The trick is, heat your pan enough and do the water trick. The water trick = droplets of water are dancing on your pan. Then, your pan is ready to use. It won't stick :)

snow I love your videos! This might help you. I mean this : kzbin.info/www/bejne/iX7MnGhqppWlbqs . Stick stick = the pan is not heated enough. Hot pan = non stick. I used to hate my Stainless Steel pan. Now I love it !

snow san, Would you mind taking time to film a series of how to keep kitchen ware tidy and shiny, especially the river light iron wok... i find it very hard to keep it in good condition. thank you soooo much and wish you a good day.

I didn't do anything for shiny and tidy. I just wash to clean with water everytime properly. I think it's easy to handle for liver right pan.
