I've watched your videos for at least a decade, starting when I wanted to get into juicing. Also living a corporate lifestyle and sedentary desk job, SAD diet, etc. I now am in the beginning stages of starting an organic farm on 8 acres, eat almost zero processed food, retired from the corporate world and will be farming full time living off the land as God intended. Your videos have definitely played a part in the journey! Baker creek is also one of my favorite seed companies, they have such interesting seeds. I still have a longevity spinach plant I've moved with twice I got from Baker Creek years ago now in the ground permanently, even survived a frost this last year.

I absolutely love your enthusiasm!!!! I know to juice my greens.. I just haven't been doing it...thank you for encouraging me to grow my garden beds again. I spent thousands of dollars preparing an organic garden & grew it 2 summers... when I was growing the Clover cover crop in fall & winter which had some weeds in it... my landlord sprayed my organic-garden with "weed killer"!...oh my God, I got so discouraged= I won't grow an organic garden again until I have my own property! I have 5 Acres of my parents property now= it's overgrown in blackberry brairs & tree saplings & honeysuckle vines & weeds... I need help! Thank you for the encouragement= you're so excited about all these vegetables!!!.. it makes me want to start again! Thank you so much!!! From Shar

Thanks, John, great video! I always try at least 7 to 10 new plants every year. Some from Baker Creek and some from other places.

I'm watching John go from greenhouse to greenhouse and all I see is how grey and rocky their soil is. Yet their plants are growing well. You would think they'd have access to loads of compost and their soil could be black and healthy. Plus, one idea would be to take heat from a warm greenhouse and send it over to those that need the heat.

You just ate the pea seeds 😅. My grandfather had a nursery I basically grew up on and worked most of my life. I can relate to eating from nursery stock lol.

You do such a great job! I am growing nettle and mullein and use it for medicinal properties. It would be a great video on how to grow them. Keep up the great work!
