When the design crosses over the center of the hoop, the machine can not stitch the design.

You will need to divide the design in half using purchased embroidery software. Please contact your Husqvarna Viking dealer for all the details.

Anything any other Designer machine can do, the Epic can do. If anyone finds this is not true, please tell me! You might have to buy the attachment the specifically goes with the Epic though (like the bobbins and some of the feet).

It's not lined up cause you let it get jammed when you should of pulled the hoop and flipped without re calibrating.

PLEASE, I have a problem that I cannot solve. After exhausted internet searching I have decided to ask you. I have a Designer Diamond Deluxe and am trying to sew with the Majestic Hoop (the one that splits down the middle. After loading the complete design and push GO I get the pop up message "Color block placed on both hoop sides not allowed." So, I press the OK button and try again and again and again. I CANNOT SOLVE THIS, ANY SUGGESTIONS? Thanks so very much for your time. Karen

karen lee You will need to use the Viking software to split the design into the two needed sections. The machine does not have splitting abilities. Have your dealer show you the 6D software and how it can split a large design. Thanks for watching. ~Sara~

karen lee No the 5D will not split the design.

HeirloomCreations To follow up, the Viking 6D Embroidery software that is purchased can split designs. Not the free software that come with the machine. If you are having trouble with the Viking dealer, please find the next closest dealer to help you.
