This was so interesting! I have just designed a new sewing room in a new home where we spend our winters. It is almost exactly the same size but my closet is larger. I would add a Martelli cutting table. It has saved my back! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for sharing a wonderful sewing room. I just purchased a Bernina L890 from a local dealer and I love the staff. They made the process easy and they made sure that I could thread my machine. My husband was concerned about the price and I told him, “I rather have an 2007 Honda Fit and buy the Mercedes of sergers. I love my machine and my husband is happy that I am happy. I want the say that your channel has been helping me learn about my machine plus I am working through the workbook. Thanks again.

The lesson I've learned is not to tell the recipient that I'm making a quilt for them, or at least not when it "should" be finished! :) I now just make the quilt, save it until the next quilt show, and then surprise the recipient with it.

This is a strange woman 😃 - sewing machines worth several tens of thousands and the cheapest iron from the supermarket! The quality and appearance of any sewn product depends on ironing! The lady should look in the direction of the German company VEIT, which produces good irons!
