Normally in anime fights they will talk for long periods of time, especially if it's a rival fight. They will explain how they feel about each other and what drives them, and there will be a lot of inner thought. This fight is completely silent yet you feel and think everything they would have said as if it was one of the classic anime fights. You know their bond, the way they did this fight is perfection.

Can you imagine what was going through Minato's head? He just found out that the person who killed his wife, destroyed his son's life less than an hour after he was born and forced himself to sacrifice his life was his very own student. One that he thought had died only an year ago, one he thought he had failed to save. He just found that the person who ruined the greatest moment of his life was his very own student. That, to me, is the most powerful part of this episode.

I'd argue otherwise. IRL ninja are supposed to be assassins. A full-on fight is the least ninja like thing I can think of, in the context of a war. Something Tobirama does later on, waiting for his enemy to feel he's won before striking, is far more ninja-like. And before you ask, I don't really go to parties.

Leon hard because of all the buildup that’s been happening for hundreds of episodes finally coming to a head, them fighting with taijustu, and standard ninjutsu like fireball and the mudwall. Minato didn't mark obito when he was a child. He marked him when they first fought when he was still wearing a mask and chain and when he attacked the lead village. Minato just teleported to the same mark he placed on to obito at that time. He had no idea it was obito he marked. That's why he was surprised when he teleported to the mark it was obito

the only person to realise and analyze how strong Obito is Heisuten Obito really fought kakashi to get rid of the seal in his heart comeback to the battlefield repels Madara's manipulation with that badass scream and half zetsu on his face that was iconic and then exert so much chakra to become ten tails jinchuriki getting sliced by Minato by all of that didn't stop him Obito took shippuden to another level and if you really pay attention except the pain arc Obito has a huge part in naruto as a villain he also gave Madara's identity another dimension when he was impersonating him

"How strong is Obito to have a hole through the chest, get slashed near the neck by Minato, and yet he can pull himself back and repel control from Madara?" This was a huge gamble on Obito's part that paid off. Note his final words to Kakashi: "you won this battle but not the war" If he didn't get the Ten Tails into himself, he probably would've indeed died. Even the Black Zetsu controlling him probably took damage too from both Kakashi and Minato (might not entirely be the same, but recall the time that Kiba did 'splash' damage too when Sakon tried to take over his body way back).

If you look deep enough into the Kakashi vs obito, Obito could have used six paths rinnegan abilities, his kamui, any number of things to win that fight, but I think that indicates an undertone of obito was beaten by Kakashi before and wanted to prove once and for all who's better through sheer talent not just powerhouse jutsus through taijutsu. Which shows the past obito is in there still, the good is peaking through.
