I call her mother...but I accept she isn't always mother, as you have clearly shared in your experience. Thank you for doing so and keep being you. I admit a part of me had wanted to judge but I didn't, I stopped, I listened, and yes I am thankful I did. This is a prime example how she will be who we personally need. Mother. Lover. Mentor. One of the things I find to be most beautiful about Hecate, is how she can be so many things to so many people. In the end though, it all seems to circle back to one thing: Freedom. Hecate is a beacon of freedom, and there is no one way to be free. 💗🔥🐺

Thank you for being so open with us & sharing so authentically 🖤 The Morrigan has been a similarly transformative energy in my life, there was so much learnt behaviour I had to address regarding my lack of personal sovereignty, lack of boundaries, lack of exploration of my own sexuality. Definitely very uncomfortable work but so worth the effort. And She is in no way a mother figure to me either. It confuses me quite a bit when I see people speak of Her this way. I would love to hear more about your work with Hecate. She has quite recently turned up in my life as I reached my Crone time

This is a lovely video and I enjoyed a lot because it hits home. I started working with her a year after I began practicing and I remember that magic with her was nothing compared to my experience so far. I was seeing people on internet calling her mother and loving, and my experience with her was liberating and empowering, yes; but not loving and sweet. She held me accountable and taught me witchcraft and she was nothing but stern. I remember an interaction where I felt coming from her something along the lines of “if you want to a soft mother, go and learn with (virgin) Mary” 😂😂😂 I was gagged darling. I love Sorita d’Este books regarding Hekate. They are very insightful and provide good information about her practice. Thanks for sharing your experiences 🙏🏾

Oh I most definitely will give you some feedback when I read that book. Entering Hekate's Garden seems great if you're into working with herbs. I loved it, but it did feel a little as though I would've benefited from reading Keeping Her Keys first. Though, for some reason, it's recommended to consume a resin in the book, which did not sit well with me. Also, thinking about it.. I get the feeling that there's alot of UPG presented as fact there but as with everything, I took the parts that resonated with me and left the rest leading to an overall enjoyable read.
