Kindly clarify on 2 imp things as this details are not mentioned anywhere: 1) Do they charge/what will be the fees for any top-up, if yes how it works: one-time charge or percentage on the amount we add. 2) What will be the charges, when we do online payment like hotel booking in other currency or for example we travel UAE, we purchase something and we pay through this card, do they charge any addition fees or transactions fees.
