This year the awardee is Jonathan Walker.
Jonny, as he’s known to his staff and those he supports, is the manager of a Vinfen day program in Weymouth. One relative of an individual served has described him as “the personification of all that Vinfen stands for.” He’s a great leader whose priority is making sure that each person served thrives, is supported in all their challenges, and feels safe and happy attending the day program.
