Helen Henny preforming "Gaming Time" at CEC in Mentor, Ohio. Her lower jaw fell off overnight due to loose bolts and was not replaced before the store opened, leaving her mouth mechanism exposed! She has since been fixed and was only like this for one day. The reason the jaw wasn't replaced before the store opened was because the tech wasn't there.

As a former CEC manager, this would NOT fly with me, I'd be on the Tech's ass in a millisecond. This wouldn't be happening at my old store, our tech used to be there every morning before open to ensure our animatronics worked in great condition. This is just lazy as fuck.

Spacegerbil Productions Oh for sure! I haven't worked there in a while but I still care about them! This sort of thing in the video breaks the immersion factor for the guests and ruins the show big time! Our Helen's mouth stopped moving entirely but at least our tech quickly ordered new parts to get it fixed asap. We wanted to be the best store, NOT the worst. I'm pretty sure that tech still works for them to this day, he does a great job fixing the games and the animatronics. :)
