Hi Helen. Love, love your dies. I have quite a number, with more on my wish list.

How can one make this without the dies? I really, really would like to make that suitcase but the die is no longer available for purchase and if it was it would probably cost an arm and a leg to shit to Australia. Please help??

Easiest frame I've seen go together.

Thank you Teresa - someone has also said the same to me, so I'm now wondering how complicated other box frame dies are!

@@HelenGriffinUK Hi Helen. If you watch Becca Feekan (think I spelled correctky) from Spellbinders and her shadowbox dies, you will see hers is complicated and hard to get straight and the corners in line. It is good in that you can create any size. The scoring sometimes rips the paper and you have to remember to make it bigger in order to have the size inside be what you want. For example, I have the 3/4 inch set, so you have to do the outside box and the back cards took you glue on sayv5-3/4 x 7-3/4 to compensate. The first one I did was wrong as she didn't explain, so inside of box was smaller than planned.

It's disappointing that most your projects as of late seem to require a specialty die... I just don't have the funds for those purchases, unfortunately... and the shipping to the U.S. is prohibitive for the odd die here or there... I do, however, love, love, love to go back to your videos of yesteryear and get excited for past projects that didn't require the added die expense... :-)
