Helen, about that Coffee thing... Im European and coffee is a big thing for us, espresso's, etc... And im telling you since I cut Coffee out, I rarely ever have a cup anymore but what I've done is switch to Tea and I swear it does wonders. You have to understand tea has been Medicine since Humanity began they were gathering roots and plants and boiling them and it does WONDERS for your Body! I myself drink tea EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Dandelion root, Burdock root, Lemon grass, Hibiscus flower, and some other things an im telling you it brings you back to Life!!! Start drinking that and you'll see your energy sky rocket without any coffee, you wont get tired after food, and you'll see how your body reacts but you'll be very surprised and amazed afterwards! >;)))

Not going to lie, Javier seems less "sketchy" or "speed up" as he usually does and its better. I wonder if that's just no coffee or Abu drug laws , lol. (joke) Anyway caffeine is a dirty horrible drug but you can kick it in 3 days with headaches being the worst part and last a little longer and the first night comedown being the worst part.
