It depends. It's not a good idea to go during monsoon or wintery season. Many of the helicopter services have rescue mission priority especially during the peak climbing season and they will cancel your bookings.

I booked with a travel agent Adventure Master at Thamel, Kathmandu to ensure there is availability since weather can be unpredictable. The agent arranges it and I believe it was Summit Helicopters
