This insert has a carrying handle, a hook-&-loop mounting panel compatible with Versatile Insert System®, a zippered pocket and an elastic cuffed pocket. The Helikon-Tex Backpack Panel Insert can be carried in a backpack or hung on the car seat. Compatible with the Helikon-Tex BAIL OUT BAG®.

Great video! Btw. it is also compatible with the Racoon MK2 backpack and it even fits into the Helikon-Tex Satchel-Bag. I am using the Velcro EDC-Insert Large and the Triple Elastic Insert on this panel, in combination with two PALS Pouches from Särmä / Varusteleka. Therefore I can keep the essentials by using this panel and switch between Satchel-Bag and backpack.
