Hello!' May I ask if you know how to do the expert + because I areasy finished and defeated the boss but it won't let me through.

Oh, in order to unlock expert+ you need to beat the expert boss three times without taking more than two 'rounds' to do it (so basically you have to beat it within 20 turns!)

hmm I know people have had issues on android with starting the game and from what I've heard the best way to fix it is to connect to a vpn so the game thinks you're in Japan. Once you make it through all of the tutorials you won't need to do that anymore but it seems to help with starting...

Yeah, rate up in this game is fr bad, I did 120 pulls for Valentines Dino and yes I got 4 stars but none of them were the right one. I hope u will get him tho, don't let the rate up kill you

Yeah, 4* rate up in particular seems to be very hit and miss so I'm sure if he does decide to show up, it'll be when I'm trying for someone else! Sorry you had such a hard time with Dino, too...
