Alastor literally states that he'd be powerless without the other two in Stayed Gone, and Velvette calls herself the backbone of the Vees in Respectless, implying that they both are only as noticeable as they are because of her. All three of them are also massive cowards, and Vox is extremely easy to coax into losing his cool just by the mere idea of Alastor being alive
