@@UniversalStand The Fact that its so popular is definitely a good thing. It could've been like Redfall or DeadField. A Pure, Unadulterated, Steaming Pile of Shlt. But Luckily, Ppl are interested in the game on PS5 and its top 5 current played game on Steam. Thats a Good thing.

Yup, I deleted Helldivers 2 off my ps5 yesterday. This doesn't make me very confident in the next live service games that Sony is making either. I'll wait to see if there's issues first and if there isn't I may buy, but if there is ill be staying away from future purchases with a 10 foot pole.

@@DmvMarko Actually I'm playing The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, after getting the platinum for that game I'm moving onto Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden and after that I'm doing Final Fantasy 7 Remake intergrade/Rebirth back to back, Rise of the Ronin in March and Stellar Blade in April. So much for your claim of ps5 doesn't have good games.

I don’t even think it’s server space. It’s limits in the code for the game, which was causing rewards not to trigger when a certain player threshold was hit. So they capped the server as a result. I don’t think there’s an easy fix for this one so it’s probably going to persist until they can figure out a solution. I can understand that they didn’t anticipate the success of this game, but they sold a million copies at least already, and they really should stop selling copies until it’s fixed like Final Fantasy 14 did. Of course Sony will never do that though.

Someone described that the issue is that the whole war is simulated so it’s not just about adding servers. This is poor man’s explanation Still this is unacceptable. Fix it Sony!

I ain't faulting the devs. The game is a hit & they didn't anticipate its success. The fact that servers hit capacity twice, even after upgrading the server load in a few days speaks volumes. Another banger from Sony. They're already posting new job openings for future updates. Not being able to play ain't a bad thing rn.

If it was free to play then we give them time to fix the problem. But a paid product even if it's cheaper than your standard $60-70 game must be ready to go with the servers. Should have delayed this despite not knowing how popular the game would actually be.
