Soviets got access to the bazooka with Update 13 (Dec 6 2022). The level 8 Soviet anti tank role gets the “lend lease” loadout. This has the PPsh-41 as the primary weapon and a lend lease bazooka as the AT weapon. Lend lease was an American program started in 1941 to supply weapons, equipment and raw materials to the Allied nations. They sent loads of stuff to the Soviets to help them fight the Germans.
