Third method: learn how to use artillery effectively (Purple Heart map offers good opportunities for artillery), use artillery as the class you want to level up.

My favorite thing is the amount of things to do. For example, I am terrible at fighting sometimes, so I go build with the engineers. Building nodes then switching classes is really good; thats how I got the flamethrower and sSupport level 10.

Great Video! Don't forget about "filtering" the other players, if there are more than 6 players in the lobby through the squad that is building the bunkers so everyone can achieve MAX xp at the end of the game. Filtering consists of them joining then getting kicked out, not dying, or respawning and staying in the game. Good Luck

I think my favorite thing about HLL is playing medic, it helped me learn the mechanics of the game as well as just general gameplay. It’s so fun to just run around trying to heal people, seeing how many I can get before dying lol

Awesome video. Though some methods may not work for me as a console player (Xbox), this was insanely informative on the scoring system and I'm sure it will help me progress. My favorite part of HLL is the large map format and long game times. I don't like quick respawk shooters like COD and Battlefield anymore, I like to play games that take extra effort as a team to win.

I’ve been playing for about two weeks on the Xbox game pass and the banter filled teamwork is by far my favourite aspect of the game. My favourite moment was being an antitank gun loader. We got through ten shots before being on the business end of a tiger round. I haven’t laughed that much in a long time. More importantly the break down of scoring now makes perfect sense. I’m not one of those guys who is obsessed about maximizing scores, but I do enjoy being a used cog in the machine.

I love that it hits a sweet spot between BFV, and something a little bit more Milsim like Squad. It's semi-realistic but not to the point where it's doing it just for the sake of realism or sacrificing gameplay. Any gamer with a reasonable ability to follow direction/work with others well, and adapt to situations can pick this up without too much trouble.

That is ping. For example if you're seeing a ping of 79 milliseconds (ms) in a game server, it refers to the latency, which is the amount of time it takes for data to travel from your computer to the game server and back. This measurement is critical in online gaming because it affects how quickly your actions are registered by the server. A ping of 79ms is generally considered to be good for most gaming scenarios. It means there's a delay of just under one-tenth of a second between when you perform an action and when the server recognizes it. For most games, especially those that aren't extremely fast-paced, this level of latency won't noticeably impact your gameplay experience. So choosing a server that has the lowest possible latency will get you a better gaming experience in a nutshell.

Another great video! I’m sure it took a long time to make so thanks! I do have a question about the ‘blueprint bonus’ though. In my testing for a recent video I made covering nodes, the only way the engineer would get more than 40xp when building a node is if they also had dropped the supplies earlier as the support role. The engineer would get 40xp whether they hammered the node or not. Did you make the XP chart you show at <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="600">10:00</a> or did you get that from somewhere else? Or are you not referring to nodes when talking about the “blueprint bonus”?

Supplies can be dropped anywhere if you do it as a support. Same with commander supply drop command. With supply truck you can drop supplies after second grid in warfare gamemode.

One extra way to gain support XP is to build a repair station off to the side of the map and park a truck there in the turn back zone Just make sure it’s a transport truck and not a supply truck. You don’t want to waste valuable resources.

Bob the builder and anything like it need to be banned. I have over 2k hours and the amount of times I have encountered a high level expecting high level gameplay or IQ. I'm highly disappointed. I can understand you wanting to get a class unlock fast. But why not do that by being a team player in the match. Building nodes. Then just play. Be support player. Be s SL get more points from building garrisons and driving the truck. Join the seeding game do what you did then just play normaly. Dunno. Just frustrating topic for me. Otherwise good video man

Ill be the guy that disagrees with this. Its selfish as most things are these days. All you are doing is helping yourself, and ego? Perfect example is I have literally double the hours in this game than what you do and we are essentially the same rank. You have maxed out only the roles that get the most points while I have maxed out most roles, recon being the first one. I prefer to play that roll and it typically doesn't get you many points. But I play the game because i just enjoy playing it and have never focused or cared about rank as it is really just for status and doesn't do anything for you. If this game ever comes out with a much needed balancing system I hope it uses hours not rank because if one team gets a bunch of boosters and the other real players then it won't work.

@@chronosisgaming This might be considered a hearsay as I don't have any evidence, but I heard about a few individual guys that were in that server either trying talk peeps out of it by saying how stupid it is or considered cheating, or some directly sending bombing run on those builders and in all cases got banned for either of it. Not sure if true or not, but no reason to not believe that.
