Hell Let Loose - Update 13.5 Brought This Map Back!

I was in that game! My first game since the update i just happen to be in a game with you. It was cool to get the win. It actually looked hairy at one point there.

Night Kursk is the hardest tank map in the game IMO

I know people love to shit on kursk but imo in terms of layout, it’s one of the best in hll. Great visibility for tanks, infantry have a lot of trenches, buildings and grassland to push up on positions. It isn’t entirely flat, so sneaking up on a vehicle isn’t actually impossible. Yamki and the windmills are just straight up the most fun points to defend etc

Yeah it’s a shame eastern front maps aren’t as heavy in rotation on the server browser. Foy, St Marie, Purple Heart Lane, etc. are all getting a bit stale for me.

Had a game last night as USSR where a panther at windmills kept spawn killing all our tanks. Is there any way to counter that high ground? Seems like GER has a huge advantage on this map. Love the vids bro!

Thanks man. Best counter is pull your IS1 out of the further HQ. It won’t render until your 1k meters away. Have your spotter run ahead and ping the tank on windmills while your tank stays invisible shooting at it.

This is like Call of Duty: United Offensive that I have been waiting for! I’ve been playing COD:UO since 2003. I never found a game that would come close to the teamwork in base assaulting. BF2 was good but I wanted another WW2 sequel to COD:UO. This I think is it! Now I have to get a new PC 😮 Finally a more grown up FPS.

It's the first FPS I've enjoyed since Red Orchestra 2. BF2, and maybe 3, were the last good BF games. So I think you'll really like HLL. I play on Laptop and really recommend the M.2 SD drive to install on. My ping is usually around 120ms but I still connect to servers before pretty much anyone else even though I'm joining US West servers from Canada. Enjoy!

Cannot tank on this map on ps5 right now all tanks do 0 damage dosent matter the range or if it’s the mg or cannon I remember a year ago hitting 800 meter shots on tanks on this map but it’s completely broken now no shots will register they hit but 0 damage

The AT team tried lol, trick is to throw smoke before you setup to build, smoke clears and kaboom
