What happened after the arrest? Anne Frank tells her story
SUBTITLES: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Hebrew.
This series is suitable for children from 10 years old. We also advise that parents should first see for themselves whether the series is suitable for their children, and that parental supervision is desirable.
After a gruelling trip in a goods wagon lasting three days and three nights, Anne and the others arrived at the concentration and extermination camp in Auschwitz-Birkenau. Men and women were separated on the platform. Anne, Margot, Edith and Auguste van Pels ended up in barracks in the women's camp. Life in the camp was hell, and death was always around the corner.

About the Anne Frank House
The Anne Frank House was established on 3 May 1957 in cooperation with Otto Frank, Anne Frank’s father. We are an independent non-profit organisation that runs a museum in the house where Anne Frank went into hiding and we try to increase awareness of Anne’s life story all over the world, encouraging people to reflect on the dangers of antisemitism, racism, and discrimination, and the importance of freedom, equal rights, and democracy.

This story always makes me wanna just bawl. The fact as humans we tortured the same species as us for the satisfaction of winning a war which really, no one wins. In war everyone loses soldier's and important people to their country, rest in peace everyone who died in the war, its tragic..

Having watched the original-Does anyone else feel that the Nazis sound kind of forced and not as frightening in the English version?

Do you mean the English version sounds more natural than the Dutch version? Another question would be which one do you prefer?
@joan5582
@joan5582 Жыл бұрын
@@ezrina I really appreciate this being made in English, it has helped me Understand even a bit deeper. However, I still think it was better in the original language. That’s usually the case. I was pointing out that the Nazis sounded frightening in the original one, which they should, and in the English version it just sounds like an annoying person telling people to hurry up.
