@ i am 2987 rio, 5/8 mythic with pugs. Yeah our dmg is better ofc- we got buffed lol. Finally after 10 weeks buried last. but we were the WORST class, esp. in m+ (my main activity). Also the shamans running around since 8 weeks ( all specs) broken in every Aspect. I want to push like high keys- 14-16 +. But its just Not That easy in pugs with current Warlock State. There is no reason ro bring a lock. Thats my complain.

Idk about dropping Fire and Brimstone tho that talent feels really good especially also for the shard gen in those 4-5 mob situations. Like whenever you cast incinerate when there's 3+ mobs it feels sucky without F&B

I've been cranking on all 3 specs for M+, but when I tried CDF+Shadowburn Hellcaller last night post-buff I was dog-ass. Straight Malamute log pile. No idea what went wrong, but I'll have to try it again.

I had the same issue for a while, but then i found the secret for me: Make sure to always pop Malevolence after using cata not before!

I've commented it before but I'll say it again. When playing shadow burn you really really should play regular havoc. Save it til things get towards 30% pop it on the highest HP mob then go nuts

Not in m+. There's a reason why over 80% of the top warlocks run mayhem. Higher uptime than havoc and 1 less button to worry about

@@Siros Especially in M+. Higher uptime isn't relevant if you are not making good use of it. Randomly copying a few spells for a few seconds at random times is not very useful or impactful. Quite frankly shadowburn is the only reason destro is good atm. Maximising it with proper havoc usage just makes sense. It is one of the long last arts of destro and people have forgotten how strong it is. One less button to worry about is just sad in a spec that has fewer than anybody except maybe ret

Yes havoc lasts longer and you'll have more control but mayhem has no cooldown and has a very high proc rate so it's much more than "a few spells" over the course of a pull, especially if you're mindful and play around it It's not uncommon to get 4+ procs in a row as mobs die to your sb spam

@@Previonn what do you mean, you have soulrot with helcaller still, if you mean soulharvester you're still incorrect, soulharvester has bigger upfront burst so its better for low keys, but if you start doing 12's 13's the longer the packs live the better hellcaller becomes especiall since you dont have much shard at the time of popping the cds you need time to generate them smoothing out your dps but its still more and better. Same with diabolist destro and hellcaller if you run below 12 keys diabolist will do big burst

That's craaaaaazy warlock gets a buff get out dps by a nerfed pally gets out dps by a nerfed shaman a nerfed hunter.... lmao I'm i lol 628 50%crit 50% mastery and 23% haste..... I'm doing the same amount of damage youre doing roughly and these other specs do the same if not better than me in dps and they are 10 i lvls below me I just played with a hunter who was doing 1.3m dps and his I lol was 608😂 I'm going to quit because of this

i am srry to say but having a ramping dmg profile with the dmg rain does is just not ennough to compete with any other caster besides shadow priests i guess lol i still do more dmg bolting and shadowburning in certain packs rather than building shards and spend on rain! meanwhile ele sham, enha, ret, all mage specs if played right, boomies, assas rogues, survival junters, demon hunters they all do more aoe than us waaaaay quicker than us its just not fun playing destro man and affliction has 0 sustain despite the buffs outside soul rot windows! also being 631 and doing similar dmg to a 619 ret pala should just be evidence enough that destro needs more imagine competing with full bis meta classes you just stand no chance

i am just not seeing the point of warlock in M plus you are getting smoked by hybrid classes and you are the subject matter expert. On any given random lock doesn't have a place in M plus it doesn't bring enough constant damage and other classes have Brez . Warlock is just too lackluster right now and punished by movement its not good at burst its not good at AOE its not not great at ST

I’ve been frying as demo since before these buffs, and last night I was battling ret and shamans for #1. Warlock has some of the best utility in M+. Battle rez, healthstones, gateway skips, and are incredibly tanky. On top of amazing single target AND AoE dmg.
