Having put in a lot of trigger and range time, I agree. The hellcat is underrated on the Internet but everyone secretly has one in their collection. Too many seem to compare the X Macro to the Pro but I also think the RDP is the correct comparison, in which it wins. At the X Macro's size, the Taurus G3 is a smarter option. Anyone who complains that the Hellcat is snappy hasn't been putting in the work. Thanks for your vid, instructor.

I run Underwood Extreme Defender ammo +p 90 gr. in my x macro. For deeper concealment I have the Wilson Combat xl grip module with the 12 round flush fit magazine.

I’ve shot both the Hellcat RDP and X Macro. I found the X Macro is far superior since it has a full size grip. I ended up buying X Macro Tacops since I despise a comp on handguns. As far as shooting flat I’m 53 so I grew up shooting 357 44Mag 40 and 45 so to me they both shoot flat. Not bashing Springfield as I own several in fact my Springfield 1911 Loaded is my favorite with a NM serial number you gun guys will know what that means. Anyway just my opinion if someone is looking for a very concealable 9mm the Sig X Macro Tacops is high capacity very concealable with the right holsters and shoots like a full size handgun.

With X macro, I can run 10rd, 12rd or 15rd just with 40 doller grip change. or 17rd, I have sent more Glocks for repair then any other gun. There are gun ranges using 365 at over 100K rounds. You need to open your mind better.

So I would have to spend 40 dollars to change out the frame vs just switching a magazine in the rdp. That seems to reinforce my point of how much more adaptable the rdp is already out of the box. So for all the reasons I stated in the video I still believe the rdp to be superior. As far as Glocks go, every government contract, and law enforcement department I’ve worked on has used Glocks. The reason being is the proven track record of Glock. Also, you didn’t state the round counts of the Glocks sent out for repairs. Those round counts could’ve been three times higher than the Sigs which would account for them being sent out more often. So it’s not a question of my my mind being open but my point of view based on my opinion, experience, and knowledge of the subject matter. To go further, Sig has a few lawsuits against them now from police departments. They even had issues in the beginning with the pistols in their military contract such as double feeding, splitting triggers, and an unacceptably high number of stoppages with ball ammunition. Let’s not forget the infamous issue of the P320’s firing when dropped. So I stand by Glock being superior in the category of reliability. Thank you for the comment. You should check out the M. Carbo striker sleeve kit for the hellcat. A must have upgrade if your going to carry it everyday . Your welcome brother!

I’ve shot both, xmacro shoots much flatter and accurate. The hellcat was 6-9” off left out the box with everyone that shot it. Side by side the xmacro and h/c pro pretty comparable with edge to the sig overall quality but the h/c is better bang for the buck

Its crazy how people forget how important ballistics should be. Paul Harrel is huge on barrel length and his expertise prove that a short 3” barrel in 9mm certainly struggles and does not give consistent expansion. Even 124 HST +p was not impressive in comparison to a 4” barrel. That extra 40-60fps sometimes its all you need for great expansion and prevent over penetration which is another important thing… you are liable for every bullet that comes out of your gun.

Bro every gun is trial and error I own plenty Glocks a few jam I own a taurus g2 2000 + rounds no issues at all I’ve had a X macro for a few months over 1200 rounds zero issues the hellcat to snappy and way to small I’ll never go pro because at that point the macro is a Better option

Appreciate your input. You seem to have left out the Hellcat RDP while making your point, which was the whole point of this video. The regular Hellcat and the pro models are not good comparisons to the Xmacro.
