Hellcat Windshield Replacement !!

as you can tell from the last video, I was unlucky and a rock struct my windshield causing a decent sized mark .. this wouldn't be a HUGE problem but that mark was right in front of my face and my OCD was bugging out lol needless to say I immediately called for a company to come and change my windshield .. yes, I had them put in a mopar replacement part rather than using any other aftermarket glass (just wanted to clarify before I get asked) .. this video is just a short, fun little visual of what it looks like when a tech changes your windshield lol I figured this likely hasn't happened MUCH so it would be some kind of different content on here :) hope you all enjoy and please don't forget to like the video and subscribe for more if you haven't already !! thanks !!

I hate having stuff like this done on my car even if I know a trained pro is doing the work. I'm just always convinced it's going to get messed up somehow or not be the same. I can't believe you filmed it and watched. 😧 I would have went nuts watching him use that power tool on the bottom on the inside. I'm glad it came out good.👍

I absolutely took care of him :) especially since I was pacing because I had just finished the paint correction like two days prior lol he put up with my nervous shit but he was super chill and VERY professional I got lucky lol

Little carelessness by the tech when he removed the engine bay shroud and didn't realize there was a screw driver on it and it landed inside the engine. Lucky it didn't bounce off your front fender and chipped it. Cool video...I would have had the same panic attacks...

Can someone please help me?! Whenever I try to do a a burnout it will smoke the tires for like 2 seconds then "service electronic throttle control" pops up on the dash and the car shuts down, how do I disable this from happening

6.4L HemiPower one hour total to swap and one hour where he said I had to let the car just sit before using it .. the only other rules were no car wash for 24 hours lol it's been perfect and I'm very happy with the quality of the work thank God lol

HonestlyOCD bro you will help me a lot if you have the part number for the glass because I have been lost trying to find the right glass. For my information the Hellcat charger doesn’t have rain sensor or auto High beams only the humidity sensor which is attached to the glass this is as far as I know. Than dealer gave me the part number to order it because it is mot available in my country Qatar the part number is 68269875AA is this the right one or not and thanks forward

The windshield in my Lexus GS is cracked and needs to be replaced but I'm currently fighting with my insurance company as they do not want to pay for an OEM windshield. Did you have any issues with that or did they replace it with an aftermarket windshield?

my deductible is $500 and the windshield cost me $465 lol it was always going to be an out of pocket expense for me no matter what :(

The dealership is charging me $1200 for the mopar windshield but insurance is covering it thank god! But I had to pay $500 deductible but they told me since my car only has 8,000 miles brand new I need to get the oem if it was an older I could of went with a cheap one

Kimberly Rose I had American Mobile Glass of NJ come to my office and do it 👍 did a great job and still no issues so it worked out well for me

Save yourself the panic attack and get a wrd kit... It's the only safe way to remove a windshield without causing damage

SatinVapour300 it's a destroyer of nerves hearing that machine going off in the car LOL just find a place with as many positive reviews as possible and stress to the tech how important your car is to you beforehand so they know you'll notice EVERYTHING
