The STA-11 is literally a beautiful combination of the Knight and the Defender and im all for it. The damage output of the Defender, and the ammo capacity/firerate of the Knight. Chefs kiss, Muah.

I'll be interested to see if it makes an impact in the SMG meta. It seems like a bit of a sidegrade to both but I do think it might strike a balance of DPS and accuracy that may work effectively. The Knight (bullet hose, a bit too much kick to use accurately even against bugs) and Defender (accurate, but damage rate is a bit slow) struggle a bit, but maybe the StA can find it better. Either way, it'll be nice for non-Super Citizen players to have a Knight-like weapon in their aresenal.

My only wish is for AH to make the super store permanent with a rotation of discounts OR rotation of event stuff. That way even if you missed this or new event cosmetics/weapons you could just wait for them to appear in the store again some time later.

It was AH's decision for changing the warbond to the super store, the pricing was also their decision. Apparently Sony had little to do with anything regarding the Killzone collab.

This feels like a Bungie situation, were everyone blamed the publishers (MS, Activision, Sony) for there mishandling, yet it was the Bungie themselves making those decisions. AH has made some real boneheaded decisions even back when they made Magicka, wouldn't be surprised if the PSN fiasco was on them too.

@@LaserTractor You paid a flat $40 for a game that regularly receives content updates due to it's narratively driven live service model. Arrowhead is never going to gatekeep players from being able to play on new planets, try new mission types, or face new enemies. They have no record indicating they will go in that direction. I understand being wary of games that are designed in a way that benefits from that but Helldivers 2 simply isn't. It doesn't make sense to claim that the same slippery slope applies here. These are all optional purchases that do not detract anything from the game you paid for.

Arrowhead was entertaining the idea of cross-over events for a while now, especially after all the community demands for a crossover event. Arrowhead also added that they'd be exclusively doing cross-overs that can fit within the setting of Helldivers 2 and they already have a planet that's just a clear reference to Killzone. In either case, I think it'll be cool to see a Starship Troopers or Warhammer: 40,000 cross-over. We practically already have Death Korps of Krieg armor in the game. Not much of a stretch to justify Tempestus Scions, or Kaserken.
