They do the same with all full-auto support weapons, (I think) including the flamethrower. You just have to hold down the fire button long enough for them to start.

Kev just so you know if you’re doing the radio towers side obj. alone. There’s a sound cue that tells you when to stop turning the tower, it’s quiet sometimes but it sounds like a high pitched ping.

A truly amazing thing about this game and it's connection is that, should you disconnect during the 2 minutes waiting for the shuttle, it will NOT kick you out of the game, it will instead force you to your own lobby, your team mates will DC for you, but you can still finish the extraction, and ones you returned to the ship, Then it gives you the popup about the connection error, this happened to me ones, i was so damn confused, but oh so thankful i didn't lose all those samples we had collected. Thankfully, all the enemies that had spawned at the time, Froze, you could still kill them, but they would simply not act, giving you ample time to collect the samples your team mates dropped.
