Colour me impressed. I'VE FINALLY FOUND someone else who can do stimless runs on the hardest difficulties! You also did what I've never bothered to try and do seriously. Without shields. It can work if you don't try to kill as many bugs as possible since most of your kills would come from hunters and you have to be aware of stalkers. Since they like to travel in packs of 4 and a single stalker will end your run if you don't have your senses up. I was just playing casually again and I still don't think I'd leave home without the shield, because the margin for error is just too damn small for not bringing it to be reliable and not stimming. I don't know what one other commenter said about one magging bile titans with a GL, because I've not figured it out yet. Since the GL doesn't have enough pen to penetrate BT armour. I wonder what else AH will do before the illuminate will arrive, because even those there are more viable options now. The best loadouts for min maxing IMO have not changed, at all. Here's what I was also impressed by: You using SPEAR to CONSISTENTLY one shot bot command bunkers. I didn't even know it was possible. I still wouldn't take the SPEAR over my autocannon, but you did good there. Crossbow usage - Are you finding a consistent way to one shot alpha commanders with it? I didn't watch this whole video. I still think I prefer the cookout for the rapid stun locks and ammo economy against alpha commanders, super warriors, stalkers and hunters. I saw you use the punisher, but that's so much easier to fuck up due to the AOE backlash if the enemy gets too close to you like hunters.

Bushwhacker staggers Stalkers, so I pair it with the crossbow in case I need to create distance from them

You can smack BTs in the stomach with nade launcher to kill them. Idk about 1 mag’n them though, probably a skill issue on my behalf. Recoilless will 2 (or 3, I don’t quite remember) tap bot command bunkers as well.

@@snugglyhedgehog Recoilless will 2 tap a command bunker in a specific spot. I think relying on GL to kill BTs is a bad idea. Takes way too long and there are better things to do and ways to kill it anyway. It's different to using GL to kill chargers, because you can do that in a few seconds. Albeit from a specific angle though.

Thoughts on the thermite buff? GL + supply pack now feels really strong. GL can one mag titans, and thermites kill chargers really easily. Exploding crossbow seems really strong, but on non bile spewer maps, it struggles with hunters.

Kill the automaton Commissars before any others as they call in reinforcements by firing a flare. Avoid fighting until you can take him out or do not engage immediately. With Bugs, destroy every bug hole, every shriekers nest and Stalker lair you find. As you may run into their spawn area later on and get swarmed and also keep on the move constantly. However with Bugs it is their whole point to swarm you due to their lack of range damage so it can just be that you kill as much as you can then run. Finally, use hit and run tactics and do not get into large scale fights as you as a solo player do not have the firepower to take on every bug or automaton.

I like your playstyle. Thanks for sharing. Do you have other good Bug Loadouts? I don´t like the Crossbow (slow "bullets", learn bad aiming over the time) so much and prefer more the "fast Rifle Style" -> Dilligence, Dilligence CS, Dominator (almost to slow), Punisher. RR is a nice goto for the Heavys.

The distance from the enemy should be at least 20 meters. If the enemy is too close, it is better not to move until the enemy reacts. Scout armor will be helpful for stealth!

I'm running with r5 5600x, 3060ti, 32 ddr4, b550m gigabyte. Good performance for money. However there are some fps drops sometimes(in HD2). Don't recommend for newest games like wukong probably
