@@fernando47180 I lucked out. Had a friend introduce me to the game, and we gift each other games on steam all the time, and he just got me everything with it. Ended up loving it. The DLC content is ok. Most of the time I don't even end up using it honestly except for the plasma pistol and boots. Now I'm not sure if there was any gameplay content locked behind paywalls, but the item packs aren't super important

7:48 - That's so satisfying fo some reason! When he said "Here we go, Geno" and just HORDE of Elite's started moving on them. And when Geno said "Get some! Get Some! GET SOME, YOU SONS OF BITCES!" - I felt that. Mech's firepower was barely enough for that.

It is interesting how it takes actually less time to do these missions solo than it takes with a team of four. I usually clock below 10 minutes. Not as much fun, though.

In hd 1 most enemies didn't have weak points, helldivers had no stims, manoeuvrability was much worse, friendly fire was much more deadly and teamwork - much more necessary. So, hd 2 is easier overall

It figures you guys would do so well by constantly communicating, moving as a unit and not shooting through each other. It's tempting to take the shot but it certainly helps if everyone else is also checking their map for scout patrols to avoid shit hitting the fan. The distraction beacon is your best friend.

I wish I remembered. You might have to do some google searching there is a program/utility I used for a custom cursor back in the day just for this game and I have not a clue what it is called.

Do levels actually make you stronger or tougher or is it all gear based? We are using gear that is all maxed out and going at it with just two of us and I cant see it getting any easier unless our toons actually improve as we level as well. So grinding out xp to level when we are already using max lvl gear wont help us if so and we will need to pug for a full group. We don't want to do that. So whats the deal please.

Levels actually don't mean anything. What you want is just the research vials for upgrade points, I do think some upgrades might be gated by level ( early on ) but ultimately a lot are just situational as hell. The game essentially has two kinds of endgame ways to play, total stealth with distraction beacons or total chaos with anti-armor items. We got really lucky in this mission because we had guys with detonation packs, I had a mortar, Genos mech didn't even have anti-armor but it worked out because he was clearing medium enemies out. Essentially once the alarm goes off ( gotta killl scouts to prevent the alarm ) you gotta be prepared to clear all the armored big guys out of the way WHILE STILL KILLING SCOUTS or else more will spawn, that is the difficulty of the game. Plus I think on 13 and higher difficulties the alternate scouts are in the game so the mantis guys who were cloaked could call in stuff too. I haven't played this in forever and I find it funny its one of my most viewed videos, youtube algorithms n stuff!

I can solo lvl 15. There are too many unnecessary loadouts. Don't need mechs especially that one since it's a slow down the team and it cannot kill tanks. You want to be precise and control the situation possible. Encounter little resistance. Once there are too many bugs, one run, 2 subdue. Use regular grenade as a last chance to defend oneself against a horde of regular enemies are on you. If playing as a team, take a good look at what your teammates have. Sometime, you need a defensive person who carry Static field, firebomb (wall of fire) to separate you from the enemies. When escorting individuals, walk. Not run and have someone in the back. Good if they have static field or hellfire bomb to slow down the pursue. Try to know the sequence by heart especially the call back and do not throw into the chaos. No one wants to be in a middle of a bug horde. Put them behind you or at a safer distant so you can defend them easier.

*I would like to know if you play on PS4, if such is the case please i need good players i have 316 research points and i am level 39 i am not very good at taking down big enemies but for small ones i can obliterate anything from the other side of the screen i have found 3 good players so far in my 4 years of experience and i hate that helldivers is so underated*
