I'd recommend you to put a bit of ginger, half of a lemon juice and a tea spoon of manuka honey into your warm to slightly hot earl grey tea or even better fresh mint tea and drink it 2-3 times a day, morning and before sleep is the best time while you're sick and experiencing flu like symptoms. It will either prevent you to get sick if you start taking in the very first days of sickness or help you to recover quickly. You'll love the test too as it'll help you bring your appetite back. Also drinking oregano tea boosts your immune system. Fresh pomegranate is full of Vitamin C and helps you feel goid during sickness.
