I honestly feel so bad for the daughters no one seems to understand that they feel abandoned by their parents. The parents don't even seem to care about them whatsoever. I hope the daughters doesn't grow to hate their parents.

That second concern is actually pretty bad...The older one said that her mom doesn´t even think about them 1% which shows that even the mom doesn´t give them enough attention. And the dad obviously doesn´t make a better job. i think that if you give birth to children you should make them your first priority. They are both very young so they still need a lot of attention, which they obviously don´t get( i mean they both cried!!). And i´m sorry to ask but what kind of parents leave their kids alone at home?! Especially at night?! I am quite annoyed to read so many bad comments about the younger sister..she just wants attention and she doesn´t know how to get that without disturbing the "newlyweds"..i really pity those sisters

+Juan Valdez That still doesn't justify the lack of attention and affection that these kids are obviously expressing. You may have your own life but if you decide to have children you have to be responsible and realise that kids are a big responsibility that require a majority of your attention. It seems like these parents are there for their kids physically at the bare minimum, feeding, clothing, and keeping a roof over their heads but they aren't there emotionally. Basically some people shouldn't have kids.

I'm honestly super surprised with how everyone in the comments are saying such horrible things about the daughter in the 2nd concern. She's obviously being that way because she doesn't get enough attention or love from her parents, so ,in her childish mind, she thinks that separating her parents will result in them spending more time with her since they won't be spending time with each other. You can also tell that the father must not express much love for them since he even said that he can't wait till they grow up, get married, and move out so that he can live alone with his wife. To me, the parents are being selfish. Don't have kids if you aren't going to care for them.

Am I the only who thinks those two daughters, especially the younger one actually have a legit concern? it was obvious that the daughters were trying to get attention from their father, which they deserve. if the father wants to live with his wife only, then he should've just did the vasectomy earlier and avoided having children. he has the responsibility to take care of his children now whether he likes it or not. i just feel pity that the younger daughter is growing up that way: jealous and full of hate.

The dad takes the position of, "Well they're eventually going to find someone they love more than me and get married, so I should just concentrate on my wife". And it's sad that he doesn't see any faults in his ideas. As for the Mom, where is she for all of this? I felt like the show really didn't consider how the girl said her her mom is 90% concerned about her students, 5% about her career, and 5% about the dad. That is a HUGE concern, and they didn't really question Mom about this and ask why she thought her daughter felt that way. I feel like the parents figured out after having 2 kids that they weren't really interested in having kids. but they should have considered that BEFORE having kids.

I'm suprised that people think that the first concern is more serious than the second one. Personnally I ate dinner at around 9 or 10 for as long as I can remember and it's not such a big deal if you eat lunch late too. Also the girl is 25 but she act like a child, she still needs her moms approval to eat snacks which I don't understand since she wants them to gain weight.For the second concern it's obvious how the daughters are hurt. It's not that he doesn't give them enough attention it's more that he gives much more attentoin to his wife in front of them. So, yes they are jealous but you can't expect them to unterstand everything, they are still children.

I'm not sure if this is a cultural difference or not, but some parents in Korea are very strict over what they eat before dinner (or any meal). I'm korean and even my parents don't really let me eat anything before a meal.

It's because of that lack of affection that she acts out. Both of the girls have their own way of acting out the older one distances herself from them and the younger disturbs them, if her parents remedied the problem by showing both of those girls more affection they would not have a problem. He did the right thing by getting a vasectomy though, no need to bring more children in the world if you aren't going to care for them and give them the affection they need. Just because you have the ability to have children doesn't mean you should that is just selfish.

I was jokingly calling her a hater, and it is not uncommon for children who receive tons of attention to "cock block" their parents. Toddlers are notorious for being pissed if someone one is kissing or hugging their mommy or daddy.

Everyone keeps complaining about the daughter and telling her to make her own food but A.) she's working and B.) The mom's a stay at home mom. As someone who knows stay at home dads its kinda weird if the mom was working all day and is starving and the dad were at home all day and had time to go to the gym but not enough time to cook and when the family wanted to feed THEMSELF with something like a banana he would say no... 1st concern: I know everyone is on their mother's side, but I'm more on the family members' sides. Most the comments said they just can make their own dinner: It's because they can't. Isn't it obvious that they can't, that's why this is a concern? The daughter said she couldn't even eat a banana without her mother's permission, do you think her mother'd let her cook, especially something as grand as a dinner? (Korean meals are always grand; one sandwich considered as a meal is unthinkable especially when someone in your family can cook). My mom is exactly like her. She complains a lot that no one helps around the house including cooking but truthfully she always rejects all of our help offer and shoos us away because she doesn't trust us to be as good as her. It's probably not the exact same case here but I have a feeling it's similar. The mother did said she's the only one who HAS to cook everything by herself. In S.Korea, mothers' pride mostly relates with her cooking and the way they do house chores (it's obvious by how surprised the audience was when the mother said she cannot wake up early). It's the rest of the family members who have to convince her that they can help, so the chores can be finished earlier and their dinner time can happen earlier. But then again most S.Korea families are very strict with their view on "fathers are the ones making money and mothers are the one doing house chores, period". :/

It is normal for Korean to start their day around 6h30 am so 11 pm is bed time for most families. I am not sure where are you from but in East Asia it is tradition to wake up around 5 to 6 am and go to bed around 9 pm.

I fell bad for those two little girls they obviously don't get as much attention and affection they deserve and their parents don't care to remedy it. If you are considering having children you should think really hard whether you will be able to care for those children emotionally as well as physically. Their dad obviously doesn't see the problem and the mom just seems nonchalant towards the children. Those two honestly shouldn't have had kids if they weren't going to be their number one priority in their lives, all parents know that your sex life takes a blow one way or another when your raising kids. There are so many people out here in this world that would give those two girls so much love and affection as parents but they got stuck with them, it makes me sad. Also I hate that the father's answer to their begging for attention was you'll understand me when you get older instead of I'll keep you in mind more often and show more affection.

second concern is pretty bad......those poor girls feel lonely........i was like younger girl when i was little and i was jelous of my parents....i didn't feel like they like me and i thought they like only my older sister.....but now i hate when they want to kiss or hug me and i literally run when they do...i was 7 back then and i'm 13 now......but the point is those girls are young and should be loved and all those things......

I thought the second concern was a huge one for both daughters. My heart nearly broke when she found out she couldn't have another sibling therefore shes being neglected emotionally because their parents are in their own world. I thought it was taken too lightly.

In the second concern, it seems like the younger daughter is going through the Electra complex (a childhood phase for girls where they get overly attached/possessive with their dads and feel jealous toward their moms; the counterpart phase for boys is the Oedipus complex). I do see the issue of the parents focusing more of their attention on each other and their jobs than on their daughters, but if you notice, while the older daughter wants attention from both of her parents, the younger daughter is upset over a lack of attention from her dad specifically; she doesn't even mention wanting attention from her mom.

Its been just 20 minutes watching this, but i can't stop thinking this family is way too much egoist. The mom already do all the housework, she must have some time for her too, but why they treat her like a maid? They can't make some easy food for themselves? I am from Brazil, live in Manaus(Amazonas) and wake up everyday 5:00AM to go to high school(last year, finally) at 6:50AM until 12:50AM, and my mom do my breakfast (than is really simple but makes full, she warms the water and makes 2 tapiocas, so when i get ready i just do my own coffee) and knowing she only starts working at 7:30AM, everyday wakes up 5:30/6:00AM to make me food and for me this is already much, because she could easily do nothing and make me do my own food, because i know how to cook, but no, she do it for me and i do nothing in return but thanks her. But the people from this family work and all while the mom just pass her day in favor of them, having just 2 hours for herself. She is the second owner of the house, but they mostly see her like someone that feed them and clear they clothes. All the children from this family are mostly at 18+(i think so, maybe i'm wrong) and could do something easy to eat at dinner, but no, they act like kids who don't know how to even make noodles. Sorry but the mom isn't the only one wrong in this story, everyone should help in the house to make things better. We just have ours mothers one time in life so we should value them for all the effort on caring us. Well, this is something i thought was necessary to expose. Maybe is something just mine but well, i am on internet and i do can expose my opinion, right? Well, thank you if you read all this, you're a incredible person and i wish you a wonderfull day! Ah, and stan Monsta X if you like kpop or just try listening they music(the last repackage of they 1°full album is really a bop, 14 songs, all good stuff), because they're really good at what they like to do( that is performing on stage, be singing, be dancing) and are getting better day by day! And sorry if my grammar isn't the best, english isn't my mother language, but i tried my better! That's all! Bye!

as for the second concern...i thought it was cute that they wanted a younger sibling, but as it went on i felt more and more that the younger daughter is pretty spiteful...they should explain that there are different ways in which love is shown to different people...honestly, if he did to them what he does to his wife, that would be a huge problem... but, i also don't fully agree with what the father was doing, he never told them that having a younger sibling is now an impossible thing...saying that would have cleared things up a little...but when he said that he wants them to grow up quickly and get married at a young age, that was wrong...especially with his daughters being in front of him (you could tell that the hosts were pissed when he said that too, especially dong-yeop...)...if he continues living with that mindset, he's going to miss out on a lot of things in life...loving your wife is one thing, it's great, but you have to live in the present as much as possible in life, otherwise you'll most likely regret not having done so in the future (i try to tell myself that everyday as well...)
