Also, I am sew glad you decided to work on Vintage Christmas with me because I really need someone to push me to finish this quilt. I’m working on two Lori Holt quilts: Flowers and My Happy Place. Congratulations on your award for your beautiful quilt!!! ❤️ My first two quilts came back from the long-armers. I’m still sewing the binding on the second. You showed so many beautiful smalls!! I loved your wool projects. Hi, Barbara, Sew fun to hear you are also working on some Lori Holt quilts. I also have "Quilty Fun" in the works along with "Vintage Christmas". Looking forward to seeing your finished quilts. Thank you for your kind words regarding my quilt and smalls. I do enjoy working with wool. I've been trying to designate Wednesdays as "Wool Wednesdays", but haven't been very consistent. Hi, Geri, Thank you so much for watching. The Giving Thanks table mat is one of my favorite stitches I have done, but boy, stitching on black for me was a challenge. The pattern came from Herschners - you have to call them. If I remember correctly, the instructions for calling them are on the Fans of Blackbird Designs website. Yes, I love smalls! Congratulations to both you & Louise for the quilt show ribbons. I saw both quilts are they are sew fabulous. I love that Louise machine quilting pattern design was the chicken wire fence design............makes me wonder what quilting design you chose?? I really love the wools from Kim. And that Sunflower, you know you had my attention then for sure. What is the center of the front of the flower created from? It looked liked seeds! I think I missed the "thankful" freebie, I love it. Where was it from? I am glad you had such a nice time at the retreat, and I agree with Louise that you are the fastest stitcher ever. Right now I am having to "pull out" threads.........Ugh!! I had two projects on my work area, and I picked up the wrong yellow thread right in the middlle of the text I was stitching....the colors are soooooo close...... oh well..... my egg bread for my dressing is in the oven, and I hope you have a BLESSED happy & healthy Thanksgiving. I am so grateful that God brought you & Louise into my life through all our love of quilting. I am grateful you both are my friends.

Hi, Janan, Sorry for such a long delay in responding. My quilting design is bees and flowers that Peggy had at Oh, Sew Pretty. Kim's sunflowers are gorgeous. The center of the flower looks to be done by "rug hooking" to give it that texture. The "Thankful" freebie is a Stitching With the Housewives design and it is available on Priscilla's blog from last fall. Oh, no. Frogging is no fun!🐸 So thankful for you, my friend.
