What a delightful video. I really enjoyed seeing all your projects! I do hope you plan some Friday finishes. Especially cross stitch, but quilting too. This was such a nice video with so much beautiful stitching by you. I do hope that you will do some quilting videos. I learned to quilt during Covid when Celeste did a beginner online class and I love it. I have made many quilts but I really do enjoy quilting videos too. Thanks for sharing of your time and talents. Such a clever idea Merritt! I’ve never made bunting before but I’m inspired to try it sometime! I love finishes that aren’t like all the others and this is very unique and beautiful and showcases your gorgeous stitching so nicely. It’s almost as though that fabric was made for that stitch! Wow! I used a beading needle, like the ones provided in Mill Hill Kits( if you have stitched any of those kits), but in adding the beaded hanger, I needed a skinny needle with a big eye for the perle cotton, not sure what size needle that was, though. I love “Mary Did You Know”…such thought provoking lyrics! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well!

Beautiful stocking! I love the mint green fabric you stitched it on. My favorite Christmas movies are Home Alone 1 and 2, It's a Wonderful Life, and Christmas Carol (1984 version with George C. Scott and the Muppets one). My favorite Christmas hymn is O Holy Night. My other favorite song is the Christmas Song - Nat King Cole. Thank you for the tutorial. Merry Christmas!

Hi, Carol, Thank you so much. The turning tool is Fasturn... I added a link in the dropdown box. The beads I used for the hanger were gifted to me, but they are about 1/8th of an inch(chunky) and the bugle beads are about 1/4 inch long. Hope that helps. Merry Christmas!
