Hello Fresh vs. Grocery Store - part 2

I really enjoy watching your videos. I'm leaning towards H/F home delivery, the last time I went to the grocery store I caught the flu from either the handle from the shopping Cart or this customer behind me in line coughing on the back of neck. So of course home delivery sounds safer to me, not to mention in California they charge .10 a bag and I always forget to bring my own bag's.

I used them for a long time, now that I am cooking with plant based ingredients I have moved to other delivery services that supply just great fruits and vegetables.

$10 per meal seems way too high but maybe it's due to higher cost of living where you live?

Till Man that’s possible, I also think that purchasing good quality items that represent what was offered via the delivery 📦 was important to make this comparison.

Till Man it's that expensive because it comes from a delivery service. They also have to make money off the service, so they can't give you store bought prices. Not only that the food is delivered to your door step and it's usually organic and fresh. All those play a factor in pricing. Fresh/organic food, delivery, packaging, recipes, etc. That's basically why it's $9.35 a meal, it's making up the cost for everything. The time you spend and cost on gas depending if you have to go to multiple stores plus the distance of stores will make store bought food almost the same price per serving.
