Wow.. so perfect. Great dough with minimal effort, expense and time! Our Grandmother’s and before were SO wise.. me?!? I previously would have just brought the perogies as it all looked “too much”. Thanks for breaking it down :)

"Beloved, do you know the Lord Jesus Christ? Jesus is the Word of God, who became flesh. He lived a perfect, sinless life, then He died on the cross for our sins. On the third day, Father God resurrected Him; He rose from the dead; and now He is alive, and He sits at the Father God's right hand. He is the one and only true living God; there's no other, apart from Him. He loves us; He created us! He is not the God of religion, He is the God of a personal relationship! He desires a close relationship with us. He said in John 14:6, "Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' No one can come to heaven except through Jesus! Therefore, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior today, if you haven't done it yet! Repent of your sins, and ask Him to forgive you, cleanse you, and make you a new creation in Jesus Christ! Then invite Him into your heart, and into your life. Talk to Him and acknowledge Him on daily basis; run to Him in your distress, and He'll give you rest! Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Beloved people, tomorrow is promised to none of us; and without Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we won't have an eternal life in heaven. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and His sacrifice on the cross today; do not wait another minute! John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipKuc4eMpaeqack

Well I decided to make this recipe because I thought maybe it’s some family recipe or grandma‘s recipe whatever. But I found it very frustrating because you use the coffee cup as a measure. How much is in that coffee cup? So I used a one cup measuring starting with 2 cups of flour sifted. Then you don’t say how much water to use. So it looked like it was a 2 cup measure so that’s what I used. Oh my God, I kept having to add flour and add flour and add flour I must’ve used 5 cups of flour before I got it to be smooth and not stick. Why don’t you work this recipe out with exact Real cups of flour in exact measurement of water. I make a lot of ravioli and gnocchi ,and my own pasta and I’ve made pierogies before but I decided to try your recipe.
