Hi, John. Love what you're doing with HSBN. Reminds me of Huell Howser, a Tennessean who moved to California and produced several TV series, most notably "California's Gold." You seem a very kind person as I believe Mr. Howser was. I arrived in Hot Springs on Christmas day, 2020 after about two years of research into where to spend my retirement. I was lucky a friend dated a woman from Hot Springs or I might never have found out about this beautiful place. So far, so good. Now that it's warming up I plan to explore more.
