@@inuettsthere’s actually a mail box the icy peak entrance you need to complete a quest called a challenge ending one you get to the top with top hat and the other people you will see big challenges after go this way 👈🏼 and you will see a mailbox

ingot chests are in the bottomcorner left of gemstonw mountain but you csn craft them by findimg the crafting plan near dancinh hall amd getting iron ores around hothead (volcano mountain) for spark, reach levek 4 witj pochacco amd do his zipline quest!

of you have an xbox/switch controllers connect that and its much easier other wise tap the arrow to make it go opposite way so that it stays on the green

i had the same issue because i kept repeatedly tapping the arrow ! what i found was to hold down instead , then when it says to “tap” to the left , i’ll just hold the arrow button down instead of tapping repeatedly . I hope this helps and makes sense !
