@Devin Jensen The Nintendo Switch runs all games Using Console graphics. Some games that the Switch struggles to run will most likely result in them being downgraded to Mobile. Also, I've played both games and they're easy to run. The switch could Run Zelda at 60fps had Nintendo prioritised framerate over Battery Life.

If you are trying to pick it up then use the R button. R will pick up items and L will let you use items. Which key hole are you trying to pick the Red key up from?
