My Nan made the best lemon drizzle cake ever bless her, so a zingy lemon drizzle always reminds me of her… little tip though rather than using a knife use a skewer or cocktail stick to poke holes into it, nan used to combine caster sugar with the lemon juice instead of icing and it almost gave a zingy crunch to the cake which made it even more delicious

Loved it😊 I never get the obsession with spring, I don’t like it , i have very bad hayfever, I don’t like the longer days and I don’t thrive at this time if the year , i hate summer , thunderstorms are my biggest fear, I get more headaches and my bad chronic knee swells up more , I co,e to live at September through January, when the clocks go back , and after my birthday at 21th of June then I know the days get short again, people neverundefstand that but my biological clock is at wintertime💜, i always say autumn is my soulmate season , and winter is my second favorite season 🥰🎃🎄 I’m a spooky girl , I come to live then when the days get shorter and colder and no more thunderstorms and no more hayfever, and misty mornings, October is my favorite month 🎃🍂 And I come to live when it starts freezing and you can smell the first frost in the air , my colors to wear are dark purple, dark green and black🥰 7 months until Halloween💜
