Mỗi lần nghe bài hát này thì lại nhớ lúc máy bay Vietjet Air hạ cánh. Khi có cả người nước ngoài họ nghe mình thấy tự hào hơn, họ vỗ tay khi bài hát kết thúc , tôi thấy rất vui nếu tất cả hãng bay đều có thể phát bài này khi hạ cánh. Sau mỗi chuyến bay, khi bài hát này vang lên, tôi có rất nhiều kỷ niệm. Vui có và buồn có, vui vì bắt đầu đến khám phá 1 vùng đất mới, buồn vì phải quay về và kết thúc chuyến đi, vui vì được gặp lại gia đình sau nhiều ngày xa cách và cũng đôi lúc buồn vì phải xa quê cha đất mẹ để bôn ba xứ người lập nghiệp. I'm a citizen of Sri Lanka, my first journey to Vietnam was on March 22, 2018 for 13 days. It was so memorable & very special because I came to meet my Vietnamese girlfriend. Ever since I landed in this beautiful country, I fell in love with everything that I saw; people, yummy food, culture, nightlife, locations & peaceful atmosphere. As my love never ends for this land, I visited Nha Trang for 11 days in September, twice in a year. Whenever I go there, I don't feel alone because this amazing land creates a wonderful atmosphere that can always heal me. I'm so glad to tell you that I was able to fly out there for the third time a few days ago, that's the longest vacation I've ever spent outside of my home country; 18 days. I've never been to any other country yet & I'll be back to Vietnam in December or may be in January next year for a month. Tìm hiểu về bài hát này mới cảm thấy sự đặc biệt và ngưỡng mộ chị Quỳnh Anh. 1 người VN nhưng được sinh ra ở đất nước xa xôi, không nói đc ngôn ngữ mẹ đẻ nhưng đã thành công quảng bá hình ảnh đất nước qua giọng hát của mình( có lẽ đây là giọng hát hay nhất đối với cá nhân tôi). Well I’m from somalia 🇸🇴a country located in east Africa with a lot of history like Vietnam, so I went to Vietnam last year December 2019 and it was one of the best experience in my life to visit such a country with a rich history, so the first time I heard this song I felt so emotional when I landed (Hu Chi Ming City) as locals like to call it (Sigon ) a beautiful city with a lot of historical places like the ( CuChi tunnel) and after staying one week in (Saigon)I Went to the safari and the beach city called (Mu ne ) it was really amazing and people were so friendly when u compare to other Asian people, bless up Vietnam.🇻🇳

I am a Australian Vietnamese. My parents escaped Vietnam after the war and I've never been back to VN. In 2010 I decided to come to VN. During my visit, I also met a Korean couple. They were very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed each other company even though the Korean couple didn't speak much English. This song reminds me of those happy times. I miss Vietnam! I’ve been away for more than 40 years and still live in the Vietnam of my childhood now and then when I close eyes. I miss the basking sun on shore. I miss the night food stalls in Cho Lon. I miss the vibes and energy of Cho Ben Thành. This song embodies many part of that memory, but I wish it would have shed the Coppola and helicopter’ roar stanza. It’s a constant reminder of Vietnam’s war stain and continues to haunt our painful past. It continues to be the imageries of Vietnam to the West even after forty some years. I lived through that painful time, and the remnants of war briefly after in Vietnam and still felt it even in the States. It’s like one of those migraine that you just want to to sleep and wake up without it, not even to reminded it of!

I just came back from Vietnam, this song is on my mind non-stop, i can't stop thinking about the country, the people, the food and the beautiful culture and religion. Alot of respect for Vietnamese people, going through the wars yet still open hearted to americans and all other people that not long ago repressed them, truly a beautiful virtue. While in Vietnam my whole perception on the world changed and coming back to my 8am-4pm job seems so boring and useless it's going to take some time till I get used to this. I'll be probably coming back to Vietnam in no more than 2 years and I can't wait for that time to pass.

I'm from Manila and was lucky enough to visit Vietnam from May 2 to May 13, 2024 for the first time. Toured Da Nang, Hue, Hoi An and Da Lat. Vietnam is such a lovely country with the friendliest people. Food was also great. This song reminds me of my 14 hour trip from Da Nang to Da Lat. It's like the go to music at the end of your long journey :)

One of the reasons to choose not Vietnam Airlines but Viet Jet Air. I often board viet jet by my business trip once a few months from Osaka. This song brings to me a lot of memories of Vietnam staying. Especially, when i worked in Hải Phòng for 3 years. Now, i went back to Japan. Of course, Japan and Vietnam are different countries, different culture, different language and so on. I went back there in 2003 as an old soldier curious about where I was in the war, has it prospered? is it still terribly poor? I fell in love with the country and the people and have gone back many times for a month to two months. I get social security buyt keep working so I can save the money to buy that airplane ticket.
