When it came to planning a trip to Vietnam, not only did I want to see the best sights and eat the greatest food, but I wanted to try my hand at everything the talented, hardworking Vietnamese locals did as well. PS, never in a million years would I ever have pictured I could actually get my husband to farm AND fish in the middle of Hoi An? Join us as we work alongside the locals, farm in harmony with the land, and bike through the picturesque rice paddy fields that brought us closer to the true essence of my country and its people. This trip taught us the power of connection, both with each other and with the incredible individuals we met along the way.
