Hey Katy, a few of the things you mentioned like skin breakouts + tummy pain could be hormonal, related to your repro organs so I’d see a doctor to check everything’s okay! The organic drink could make you feel better but not help the root cause. Same with forgetting what year it is, sometimes it happens to everyone but since it’s happening to you so often def see a doctor just to rule everything out

Happened to me too, just gor recommended probiotics, vitamin D and inositol and it sorted everything out, but it is important to check 😃

i highly recommend that whenever you open a new carton of milk/cream/yoghurt/juice/whatever, you write the date on it so you know exactly when you opened it. these things usually only last a few days or a week, so the stamped dates are useless most of the time :)

Hi Katy, We are so happy to see you happy regarding "Prince Harry" (lol). This is Jackie (the mom in My Moments with Mom) Here is some mom advice....... I noticed you took your favorite plastic water bottle out of the dishwasher from the bottom rack and the lid had melted. Always put your plastic ware in the top rack only, it's farther away from the heating element. Also if you feel bloated in your tummy area, think about the last time you went "potty" (as in cleaned out if you know what I mean!) But seriously, if it's been a few days and you haven't "gone" that could cause bloating. The best most natural thing to do to GO is eat some prunes every day. Just like 4 or 5. They taste great and can help keep you regular. You may be regular already, but just a little mom advice. We love seeing your life in NY. Sending hugs from sunny So Calif 🥰
