Swimming needs all your muscles and breaths. He has myocarditis. So I think he has got real breathing problem there. He is actually throwing up and that is another symptom. Still, this boy hides those problems with his cute smile. He is really one of his kind. I still haven't found someone like him in any entertainment industry. I wish him health and happiness. In one of the show (101 dance) Yibo talked about diagnosed with some sort heart issue at very young age. Although he said he is well, it doesn’t mean this heart issue won’t cause any discomfort for him anymore. Particularly his performance and participation in the shows are all highly physical. I We love to see his talent and perseverance but it’s never worth to cause him any physical harm. Production company, please take care Yibo, then we all get to appreciate Yibo’s performance for many more years to come.

He had myocarditis and it's a virus that affects the heart, typically in children. It is virus, so once his symptoms got better, his heart returned back to normal (think of the heart infection as similar to a sinus infection - when you are sick, you're nose runs and you sneeze and cough but when you are better, your nose goes back to normal). He does not have a heart issue anymore.

I thought an impressive thing was, the pull-ups he does do, he does without raising his shoulders. One mark of a dancer! Yes, a dancer's strength is different from an athlete's. A dancer is often just as fit and strong, or more so, but in quite different ways. I reckon he was very sensible not to continue with the 8kg weights. It's would be so not worth it for him to injure his back doing that sequence with those weights.

Also going up against a kid is the height of unfair. Kids are light weight and have a lot of muscle, unlike adults who have muscle but also weight a crap load more. Never compete with a child in pullups.
