Row your way down the deepest canyon in North America while you do this high-intensity Interval Rowing Workout. Time will fly by as you are swept away with the beauty of the canyon and your heart will get pumping as you go through Class IV rapids like Wild Sheep and Granite!
This is a 30 minute high-intensity rowing workout. To help you track your progress each interval is called out along with a countdown timer. Other than river sounds there is no sound-track so crank your favorite tunes while you row.
I find this workout is also great for elliptical training. It really gets my arms involved! Focus on PUSHing when rowing forward and PULLing when rowing back.
