I do a Keto diet and can’t even hit 1000 calories. Breakfast - 2 eggs, 30 grams of tuna, 50 grams of spinach, a slice of goat cheese. 366 calories Lunch - 1 egg, 30 grams of spinach, 100 grams of salted caramel icecream (made with stevia). 154 calories. Dinner is a bag of pre-washed and diced veggies and a chicken breast which both fit in my calorie budget nicely so I don’t even bother to register those. I can’t even hit 1000 even when my daily budget is 1200.
