@@toratigerchick To be fair I clocked (as an observer) them specifically trying to double check if it was 18+ and then the whole bit of them saying how free and open they could be with the fandom, with the adults presumably, and then the oh no oh no oh no no no no of 'that is a literal child'. Brandon and the others did try to double check the age limit on the audience and were being themselves. The instant he realized this was a young fan and an objectively too-young-for-the-material fan he reacted accordingly.

@BubblieKat Oh no, I completely agree. Brandon wasn't in the wrong. No one really was. Some parents don't give a crap about what their kids watch. I love both this and HH, but I wouldn't let my daughter (6) watch it. I just giggled at the switch from Brandon as he replayed everything they had said at that panel. I think as a whole, they did an amazing job of clarifying towards the beginning of the panel "Hey this is a mature show." No disrespect meant. I never meant it to sound like he messed up. I apologize.

That's why they were trying to ask. So either the kid slipped in/door staff didn't notice him, or it wasn't actually an officially dedicated 18+ panel.

I absolutely love that the one audience member referenced The Angry Beavers. Everything I've watched about Richard being a part of the show and being such an iconic voice of our childhood, coming into this now is always referencing Billy and Mandy and Invader Zim which I am absolutely in love with Invader zim, but I love hearing something that seems a little bit more obscure to a lot of people that he did being remembered. I grew up with all three of those shows and the Angry Beavers is still one of my favorites
