QUeen Bee is actually Beelzebub. XD She is one of the literal top 10 strongest demons in hell. The incarnation of Gluttony itself. To say she is a big deal is an understatement. (Tex is REALLY banging upwards!)

Kesha is Bee's VA but sadly because of legal issues she didn't end up being the person singing the song tho vivziepop definitely found someone that sounds a lot like kesha singing so it still worked out

Bee is actually Beelzebub, the Lord of Gluttony, and a peer of both Asmodeus and Satan. Interestingly, she isn't an asshole like most demons, and Asmodeus, she doesn't get into your business unless she feels that she absolutely has to, and it's for their sake rather than her own

So the reason episode 8 of season 1 is only just now releasing is cause of some legal things that just recently resolved assumedly tied to Kesha but cause it was being delayed for so long the decided to start season 2 instead of waiting for this episode to release

Kesha’s record label had a contract where they owned the songs she wrote. After some assault and abuse Kesha took legal action to leave the contract. Since Cotton Candy was written by Kesha, this video could not release until the lawsuit ended, otherwise the abusive studio would own the song and could potentially sue Helluva Boss out of existence. So mostly right!!

The VA for Bee was going through some legal BS with her former manager. She needed to get our of that contract. So even if Vee PAID to have the VA not only act but write a song and preform it on the show, Both Vee and the VA (Kesha) could have been in some serious legal entanglements. Vee waited a bit for the issue to get resolved and finally came to the compromise that the song was written by the VA and the spoken lines were also done by her but the song was sung by someone who sounds similar to the VA (Kesha). THAT is why it was delayed.
