While she is an angora goat I feel she can still be comparable to the alpaca. Angora goats, while they don't produce wool, they produce mohair and cashmere. Basically they are still a species used for their hair similar to how sheep and alpacas are used for wool. Though the mix-up is common both in real life and the show. Angora goats do look a little bit like sheep.

It does, 4 are panels devoted to it while he's explaining "the process". The only thing they somewhat cut out is his rambling monologue about "the process" (though bits and pieces of it are still in) and several of the more extreme scenes were filtered in the black-background or skipped entirely.

Beastars was my anime of the year in 2019, beating awaited [by me] shows like Mob Psycho 100, Jojo's, Vinland Saga, the first half of Bojack Horseman's 6th season and even Infinity Train among many others. I can't wait to have some time for the next season.
