In Millie's defense, it actually takes a decent amount of force to shatter a glass bottle, especially if it hits on the bottom ring. Getting hit that hard in the jaw could definitely be enough to forcibly induce restart mode.

Ok so basically Millie and Loona were being voiced by the same person. And it's usually very hard to do two voices at once, especially when those two characters talk a lot.

His voice actor got into a scandal with an 18 yr old and Vivziepop wanted to play it safe so she got someone else as well. Now we just have to wait for Hazbin Hotel episode 2.
